When is the PC/Mac Guru available to clients?
I work out of my home/office and am therefore highly available to my clients. I always carry my cell phone with me and, when necessary, I forward my home phone to my cell phone. I usually answer calls right away, and almost always answer my messages within minutes. It's always a good idea to call me if you are in a hurry to reach me.
PC/Mac Guru conducts business by appointment only, frequently in the client's home or office.
