WHEN IS THE PC/MAC GURU AT WORK?

I work out of my home/office and am therefore highly available to my clients. I alway carry my cell phone with me and forward my home phone to my cell phone, when necessary. I usually answer calls right away, and almost always answer my messages within minutes. Responses to email may take a little longer if I am away from home working with a client. It's always a good idea to call me if you are in a hurry to reach me. Of course, that will change when I purchase an iPhone.

PC/Mac Guru conducts business by appointment only, frequently in the client's home or office.

When? How about now?

If you have a computer problem, there's no better time than right now to set things right. Often, a client's PC is good to go that same day.

When? Whenever It's Convenient.

I am happy to accommodate requests from clients who wish to work together evenings or on weekends, which for many is often the best time.
